THE TEAM

The European Institute of Clinical Pilates is formed by a team of physiotherapists with diverse clinical, academic and educational backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to clinical reasoning, exercise-based care, and evidence-informed practice.

The Institute’s educators come from different areas of physiotherapy, including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, women’s health, pelvic health, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise. What brings the team together is a common philosophy: Clinical Pilates is a physiotherapy-led intervention, applied through clinical reasoning and integrated within a multimodal approach to care.

The team combines clinical practice, postgraduate education and academic teaching, ensuring an approach that is contemporary, non-dogmatic and grounded in real clinical contexts. It is a growing team, expanding its educational activity across Europe and beyond through international collaborations and projects in development.

OUR COURSES

The European Institute of Clinical Pilates offers postgraduate education designed exclusively for physiotherapists, focused on the clinically reasoned use of exercise within contemporary practice.

Our courses are built around clinical reasoning, individualised decision-making and the integration of Clinical Pilates within multimodal physiotherapy frameworks. Programmes are organised in progressive modules, supporting safe, effective and context-based exercise prescription across different clinical areas.

Delivered through face-to-face education and international collaborations, our courses remain closely connected to real clinical practice and professional standards.
